Dr. Marina Strizhevsky is a board-certified endocrinologist. Her special interests include the care and treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and osteoporosis. Dr. Strizhevsky also has expertise in treating patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and a variety of other endocrine issues.
She is specially qualified to perform thyroid ultrasounds and in-office ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid nodules – as well as treat patients with thyroid cancer.
Dr. Strizhevsky earned her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. She completed her internal medicine residency training at North Shore University Hospital in 2005 and an endocrinology fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in 2009.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
